A 50% deposit due at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to trip departure date. 5.5% Haines sales tax plus a 4% Borough Tour tax added to most trip fees for a total local tax of 9.5%. Cancellation Policy: Day trips receive a 75% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hrs in advance. Multi-day trips forfeit a $100/person booking fee for cancellations more than 60 days in advance. Cancellations 60-30 days in advance forfeit a 30% deposit. Less than 30 days will forfeit 75% of Tour price. No refunds for No-Shows
